CAIRO, Egypt - (Spoof News) - President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of the desert country of Egypt, has made it known that the Egyptian Military is in the process of ascertaining exactly who has been boldly stealing sand from the Sahara Desert.
El Sisi said that sand stealing is punishable by having the culprit(s) fined upwards of $6,200, incarcerated for up to 18 years, and beaten on the privates with a camel leg.
Reports are that the sand rustlers are taking the sand particles and selling them to Norway, who is putting in a beach in the inland city of Cervixa.
