And another one that flew over parts of South America.
"We have a new tradition in China to honor Chairman Mao - Birthday balloons," said one official on TikTok, or something.
"It does have a Camera but that is for pictures for his Birthday Party.
"The Capitalist U. S. cruelly shot our balloon down over the Pacific Ocean.
"We have a right to have birthday balloons flying around.
"The U. S. watches us by satellite. And we fly a few Balloons around.
"So what?
"What are they going to do when we send our Flying Chopsticks around?"
Joe Biden apparently dismissed the Chinese concerns by pulling his eyes apart and performing an openly racist routine to chiefs of staff.
