Washington, DC: Sources inside the Clinton campaign have disclosed that Ivanka Trump, daughter of Donald Trump, is voting for Hillary Clinton in the presidential general election. Ms. Trump is close personal friends with Hillary Clinton's daughter, Chelsea. Ms. Trump secretly confessed to Chelsea that Hillary is far and away the more qualified candidate.
"Chelsea, you know that my father is a narcissistic joke, but I have to do this sh*t because I'm in the will," Ms. Trump was alleged to have said.
According to unconfirmed sources Chelsea recorded the confession with professional assistance. Clinton was able to "secure the admission after Chelsea implied that she is voting for Donald Trump because she wants her mother to babysit her children."
Neither Ivanka Trump nor Chelsea Clinton would agree to an interview.
The recording is reportedly in the hands of Linda Tripp who now owns a professional wire tap firm. Tripp became known for similarly recording the confession of Monica Lewinsky, Bill Clinton's former mistress. Tripp, Lewinsky and Chelsea Clinton became friends after former President Bill Clinton left office.
The Trump Campaign shot back with a tweet: "We spoke to Ivanka, who was so upset, and she said clearly that she would never vote for that woman, "Crooked" Hillary Clinton." Democrats question whether Ms. Trump made the latter statement under duress, with a loss of her inheritance being used as a threat.
Meanwhile, Bill Clinton has investigated the matter and met privately with Ms. Lewinsky to discuss the affair and her impressions of Ms. Tripp's veracity. Results of that meeting are unknown.
