DENVER - Word coming out of the office of Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper is that the governor has emphatically turned down Justin Bieber's request to purchase a marijuana farm.
Braydon D. Citronella, who is the official spokesperson for the Rocky Mountain State, stressed to the news media that there is just no way that the state will allow someone with the horrendously irresponsible background that Justin Bieber possesses to even enter the state much less become a land owner.
Citronella wanted to make it abundantly clear to Mr. Bieber and his representatives that should he show up in the state he will immediately be taken into custody and placed in jail as an unwanted element.
