Los Angeles Police have stopped Justin Bieber as he had drivers honked horns and passengers screaming and chasing him, shouting that he had a baby on the roof of his car.

Bieber waved and waved as if he hadn't a care in the world while the baby kept moving around right over his head.

Finally he stopped as a police car pulled him over and ran over to see if the baby was OK.

"Why, it's a doll in a carrier! Why do you have a doll on top of your car?"

"I was driving it over to give to my friend Claire. I guess I forgot and didn't put it inside the back seat. It's an honest mistake officer."

Meanwhile an angry crowd was gathering and several more police.

"Arrest him officer! That baby could have been killed!"

It took more than two hours to calm everyone down and for Bieber to talk the police out of taking him in.

"Anyone can forget!"

"That's true' said one lady. I left a library book on the top of my car last week. It fell off and I had to pay for it."

That gave Bieber the idea to give out some cash because he had worried the people over the baby.

Justin then told the crowd and policemen that the baby moved with a tiny motor and that he was gone on Valentine's Day so he was just going to run it over to Claire and surprise her and he had forgotten to put it in the back seat

So everyone left as Bieber signed autographs even for the police and after all were gone, he carefully removed the magnets that held the baby carrier on the roof of the car and laughed all the way to Claire's house.

But I stayed and watched.
