CHEYENNE, WYOMING - Matt Mead, Governor of Wyoming, announced at a press conference today that he has authorized the erection of a 8 foot tall fence stretching along Wyoming's border with Colorado.
"We can't afford to lose any more people," explained Governor Mead, "We only have 582,658 right now. Once Colorado legalized marijuana, I knew we were going to have to take drastic measures to keep our people at home!"
Wyoming does not allow the legal use of marijuana for any purpose, even medicinal, so Wyomingites are going to have to stand at the new fence and hope some of that medicinal smoke blows their way.
