BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - (Sports Satire) - Reports filtering out of the Pampas of Argentina state that the two best soccer players in South America are bickering like high school schoolgirls over which one is the best player in Argentina.
Lionel Messi says he's the best because he looks much better in short shorts than Diego Maradona does.
And Diego says that he is much taller than "El Chiquito" (The Little One) as he refers to Lionel.
Meanwhile former San Antonio Spurs NBA sports super star Manu Ginobili notes that he is by far the greatest sports figure ever in the history of Argentine sports because he played against guys who were anywhere from 6-foot-8, to 7-foot-2, unlike the soccer dudes who Lionel and Diego usually play against who are super skinny, and who stand 5-foot-4, and weigh 98 pounds. ■
