A White House source says that the president always pays off any of his bet losses in cash.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - It is no secret that President Obama enjoys betting on sporting events. He has never tried to hide the fact that he'll bet thousands of dollars on professional football, baseball, and basketball games.

He quips that he does not bet on hockey because it is way to unpredictable because of the icy conditions and all.

The president was overheard telling Vice-President Biden that he had made a $700 bet with one of the White House secret service agents.

The unidentified agent, who was born and raised in Indiana, took the Indianapolis Colts and the president took the Denver Broncos.

It was a hard fought game but when the game ended the Colts had handed the Broncos their first defeat of the season with a score of 39-33.

SIDENOTE: President Obama made it crystal clear to the vice-president that he was not to mention the $700 loss to the first mama.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
