Bognor Regis has the "royal flush"

In England, the sewer pipes double as storm water pipes.

When there are storms the storm water floods out to sea and takes the sewage with it.

These are all very old Victorian sewer pipes, and the system has never been completely updated.

The Don't swim signs at the Beaches are a white Loo with a red cross through it. (Also good for people using the ocean - for relief).

The Victorians didn't care, as they hoped to flush all their sewage over to France, and foul French beaches. Unfortunately the winds change at times and brings the crap back to the English beaches.

But don't worry - word is the Politicians will be on this problem in no time..

Once they stop fighting over who is in charge.

Meanwhile the government is selling at reduced cost, crap - proof Wellies for men, women and children until they can get around to fixing the problem.

Gov. officials said they would have fixed this sewage problem earlier - but World War One and World War two got in the way.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
