President Maduro of Venezuela expressed his disappointment in the announcement that impeachment proceedings would begin in the House of Representatives for Donald Trump.
"If he can get impeached, what's going to happen to the rest of us tin shop dictators?" he asked at the Dictator's Meeting held in North Korea.
"He's an idiot. I told you all that two years ago. I still have that pee tape you know. I don't want it to go to waste, but if they're going to impeach the asshole, it won't do me any good!" complained President Putin of Russia.
Other attendees expressing disappointment in Trump included President Pierre Nkurunziza of Burundi, Bashar Al-Assad of Syria, Idriss Déby of Chad, Paul Kagame of Rwanda, and Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea.
