WASHINGTON, D.C. - (Spoof News) - White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has informed the news media that President Biden has just fined Donald Jonathan Erasmus Trump $13 million.
The fine falls under the new ruling that past presidents can be issued a fine for any unsavory and unAmerican matters they may have committed.
POTUS noted that the $13 million fine is just the tip of the iceberg. He stated that he has formed a committee of lawyers to look into every damn out-of-line thing that old "Orange Ass" has had the gall to do.
A source inside the White House says that ToxicTrump could end up with upwards of 98 different fines, adding up to billions and billions of dollars.
