Under oath during confirmation hearings, Judges Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett recognized Roe V Wade was the law of the land for over 50 years and that they would defend it.
Instead, they have flipped once entrenched in the Supreme Court with a lifetime appointment. Flipping is okay for a pancake, but not for a judge on the US Supreme Court.
When an attorney reaches the confirmation stage to the US Supreme Court, an attorney's opinions should be established. What is said under oath at confirmation should remain concrete.
It should not be: Say whatever has to be said to get confirmed. Lie, shed tears of outrage, have the wife shed tears of hurt, wrap yourself in the cloak of outrage, accuse those questioning of holding a lynching, act real upset, and get confirmed.
Get confirmed, and once on the bench, flip like a pancake.
