The city council voted down a proposal to paint the bridge in a rainbow color scheme due to the extreme cost.

SAN FRANCISCO – The mayor of San Francisco has said that he wants to address the fog rumor that is running rampant throughout the Golden Gate City.

The mayor said that he received over 700 text messages asking him if fog could cause someone to develop the Coronavirus. He replied that there was no way in the world that anyone could catch C-19 from inhaling fog or even eating it.

He did point out that he was not sure about snow, but added that Frisco does not have any snow, so there was no sense in anyone getting stressed out about that.

The San Francisco Morning Post reported that an investigative reporter has tracked the rumor down to a Mr. Dimitri Golodryga who is known to be the greatest practical joker in the entire state of California.

IN CLOSING - The Morning Post tried to contact Mr. Golodryga, but his answering machine said that he had gone to Brussels to buy some sprouts.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
