DETROIT - Word coming out of the bankrupt city of Detroit is that Ted Nugent, has issued a statement in which he profoundly apologized to the president for making his ignorantly stupid remark.
Music Moments Magazine's Calcutta Cotton further stated that Nugent, who is one of the most hated individuals in the music world, said that he simply forgot to engage his brain before he shot off his mouth (no pun intended).
Miss Cotton noted that Nugent is no stranger to making hate-filled remarks which he himself says are merely meant to get his name in the papers since he is beginning to feel like a has-been.
When the president was told of Ted Nugent's remarks he asked, "I thought Teddy was still in prison?"
He was told that he had Nugent confused with Charles Manson, who is also noted for shooting off his mouth without giving any consideration to what the hell he is saying.
SIDENOTE: Vice-President Joe Biden was not as nice as the president. He pointed out that Mr. Nugent will be watched very, very closely by the FBI, the CIA, the Secret Service, and the IRS and if he steps out of line one little joint he will regret ever making his pompously arrogant remark.
