President Obama is fairly fluent in Spanish and in Shoshoni.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama sat in the Oval Office talking with his right hand man (or rather left hand man) Vice-President Biden.

The two had been talking about the tremendously high-scoring NBA All-Star game in which the Eastern Conference defeated the Western Conference 163-155.

Talk then got around to Obamacare. The president mentioned to his vice-president that he had just received word from the attorney general's office about an oversight regarding foreign Obamacare.

Vice-President Biden got a very puzzled look on his face.

"Hey Joey, dude you ought to see yourself. You have got one hell of a puzzled look on your face bro."

Biden stood up and went to look in the Commemorative Mamie Eisenhower Mirror.

The president then told him that there is a provision that was signed in 1947, by then President Harry S. Truman which considers the people of Panama with English surnames as wards of the United States.

"You're friggin kiddin' me Barry." Biden commented.

"No Joey. I'm not kiddin' you, and remember, never, ever call me Barry in front of anyone other than my honeypie Michelle or your cupcake Jill."

"Si senor, Mr. El Presidente."

"Hey, I see you're practicing your Spanish. Muy bueno cabeza de camote."

"Que?"

The president just giggled.

[EDITOR'S NOTE: Cabeza de camote means sweet potato head.]
