DAYTONA BEACH, Florida - (Sports Satire) - The racing world has just been hit with a big surprise. According to The Auto Racing Review's Tansy Dandelion, African-American driver Darrell "Bubba" Wallace has been suspended for two years.
Miss Dandelion, who spoke to NASCAR officials, said that "Bubba" had been warned against making racial remarks regarding fellow drivers who had the Confederate flag painted on their race cars.
Several white drivers including Gavin "Slim" Tuscola and Atticus "Captain" Goldenquit had told NASCAR officials that Wallace had actually taken a black magic marker (no pun intended) and blacked out the rebel flags painted on the race cars.
SIDENOTE: NASCAR has stressed on many occasions that they will not tolerate any bigotry or racism from anyone, including "Bubba" Wallace.
