In about 1 in 100, 000 births our creative God (or possibly Goddess) - Jehovah, God, Allah, etc. - gives a Child both sets of sex organs. This is called an Intersex child.
Doreen was such a child - is now an adult.
Her parents did not let Doctors flip a Coin and do away with one set of sex organs - waited to let her decide.
She is now a Teen.
