A much documented Meteorite's course towards Earth ,may evidence Scottish Life on Mars or even Uranus.

'Scots have roots everywhere, including Outer Space', says Professor Hamish McFleming, Edinburgh.

'Yes, one could argue the Meteorite is Martian or Uranal, but it's shape and make- up, not to mention the speed at which it is making for Earth, would suggest Glaswegian Derivations', says the Professor.

'Many Glasgow - Residents, though quiet and retiring, are nevertheless known for effective hurling of spherical, dense , objects at Glasgow Celtic/Wanderers Matches, with 100% Target- Accuracy.'

'It may well be reasonable to assume, therefore, that, given our Scottish Insistence that all Universal Issues have a Scottish Relevance, the Meteor is evidence of Mars or Uranus - based Scots Culture.'

'The Scots have gone to the Four Corners of The World, why not the Universe ?', posits the Professor.

The Professor is also a contributor to 'Parochial and Arbitrary Theory Monthly', Magazine.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
