He might have Pinocchioitis, a temporary physical condition that stops when the person stops lying.
Tucker has always had a chronic case of the disease - mostly unnoticeable.
(As viewers can't judge if his nose is one inch longer or shorter. )
And Tucker was able to use TV make - up to conceal a major nose lengthening when he told an especially big lie.
But Tucker's whopper of a lie about the Trump supporters that rioted and trashed the capitol was too much for his body.
They think Pinocchioitis is a psychosomatic condition and a person's body punishes them for laying.
Tucker has suffered a lot of nose pain from the lengthening and shortening - during his career.
But since he gets $30 million dollars a year salary - he has to keep lying for a living - and suffering for his lying.
