KALAMAZOO, Michigan - The highly reputable Giddy Up Public Opinion Poll Company which is headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan, has just named its 2013 Most Confused Celebrity.
And this year's winner is Justin Bieber, who barely beat out Lindsay Lohan and Gary Busey.
Prescott Tippecanoe, a spokesperson for the poll company, stated that Bieber received 72 percent of the total votes cast.
He went on to add that in the adult category of individuals 35 to 45, the much troubled singer scored 99.2 percent.
When asked how an individual can suddenly fall from grace so quickly Tippecanoe explained that the answer lies 100 percent within the celebrity.
He said that if he had a dime for every celebrity that eventually ended up self-imploding he would have a whole bucket full of dimes.
Tippecanoe pointed out that in Bieber's case not only is he getting in trouble due to fast driving, insulting the news media, condemning Republicans, and cussing at people as if he was Mike Tyson, but he is also being extremely disrespectful to fans, friends, and his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
SIDENOTE: Reports are that President Obama and the first lady have invited Justin to visit the White House so that the three can sit down and have a nice conversation regarding Bieber's out-of-control attitude.
