Corporations are a money-making machine; they have no heart. But the Supreme Court Ruled they have the Rights of a Human Being.
So, they fund Politics, and run the Country.
If they had a heart, they would stay in the US and provide good jobs to citizens.
But most are in China, India. Mexico, etc. - helped there by various presidents.
Germany has most of its corporation because they laid down the Law to their Corporations-"Move abroad, the German Government said-go ahead we can't stop you. But if you do - we will take away all your tax breaks and subsidies." The corporations stayed, and Germany has a 4% unemployment for years.
In America, our rulers, by contrast, doesn't believe in the German Approach.
Here, Conservative Congressmen set up the Export-Import Bank, and for years we have paid corporations (with subsidies) to move businesses abroad, gutting American cities - and keeping all their tax breaks. This led to big corporate contributions at many election times.
One year, GE Got 2 billion Dollars to move office jobs to India-no problem at all.
Now Biden is going to give $52 Billion dollars, (no strings on how to spend)-for Corporations to move Computer Chip Making Jobs back to America.
