HONG KONG, China - The Chinese Republic has just issued a news statement that it has worked out a deal with the United States.
The deal calls for the USA to take over the production of 92 percent of China's fortune cookie manufacturing.
China's Foreign Minister Kong Hong Liebowitz stated that all of China's food production factories are working 24/7 to try and keep up with the demand for rice products, along with egg rolls, Chop Suey, noodles, and Chow Mein.
He commented that they decided to outsource the production of fortune cookies to free up hundreds of factories.
President Obama issued an official White House statement in which he stressed the importance of the outsourcing business being a two-way street.
He went on to say that he is thrilled and honored that China will allow the U.S. to take over a vast majority of (her) fortune cookie production.
SIDENOTE: Reports are that Kim Jong Un is furious because he said that it would have been nice if China had helped out North Korea's economy by giving her the fortune cookie business instead of handing it over on a silver platter to the Western infidels (his words).
