KARACHI, Pakistan - A source within the Taliban organization has stated that the terrorist group is having some financial problems.
The source expressed the fact that the reason is due to mismanagement which has resulted in overspending.
An investigation into the matter is presently taking place within the Taliban group.
The Taliban officially stated last week that they have voted to move their headquarters from Karachi, Pakistan to Da Nang, Vietnam.
The reason for this monumental move is due to the fact that it is much cheaper to live in Vietnam than it is to live in Pakistan.
The Taliban did state that the high tax rate in Pakistan is killing them (no pun intended).
They also conveyed the fact that by moving to Vietnam they know that they will be safe from the military reach of the United States, since the U.S. has promised never to set foot in Vietnam again.
The move from Pakistan to Vietnam should be completed by February 14, 2014.
The Taliban has issued an official message that the telethon will take place on New Year's Day (01-01-14)
SIDENOTE: A Taliban operative who is in charge of the Taliban Telethon stated that the group has booked Pakistani comedian Camel Face and the Pakistani hip hop band The Desert Sand Broz to perform on the telethon.
