Dear Diary,

I see where that Senator Spector has changed from a republican to a democrat! What a traitor. He's never actually been a republican for a long time, but we needed at least to appear to have enough people to fill-a-bluster.

And what's he still doing in the Senate after being sent to prison for manslaughter, even though I think it was a woman that got shot?

I tell you, those democrats can get by with anything. That Osama can be giving you a big grin and shake your hand while his other hand empties your billfold.

I'm going to call Cheney about this. You can't stay in the Senate after killing someone.

Well, Kennedy did, but that was an accident I guess.

Now he's named his dog "Splash!"

I hope they put that Spector behind that wall of sound for good. Never did know what that meant and never got around to asking him while I was president.

He's really changed according to this photo. Guess that's what happens when you change parties.
