Donald Trump was hospitalized today after apparently experimenting with a Lie-sol disinfectant enema at the White House. Officials became concerned when the President did not show up for the daily Covid-19 briefing.
"I saw him watching a story on Fox News about enemas and Covid-19 this morning, said Mike Pence. I never thought he'd do this, but he was set on proving "his" ideas work."
Emergency teams who found the President said he had a tube up the wazoo, and a power cord connected to a UV disinfecting light, which he apparently swallowed down his throat.
"It was horrifying, and we had to work on him in the Lincoln Bedroom. I can only imagine what Abe would have thought of the scene," said a nurse from the ambulance team.
White House officials said the President's predicament is being taken out of context, that he was only trying to show people that they should not do anything that he says. He is a genius, and so this kind of experimenting is just what he does.
