US Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, is facing a rising tide of sexual misconduct allegations, after a new witness came forward today, but what people really want to know is:
Has he been upskirting?
Deborah Ramirez, a 53-year-old, who was also at Yale with Kavanaugh, has said she attended a party at which he was present, and that, during a drinking game, he shoved his cock in her face.
Well, that's fair enough, but did he upskirt her?
Experts say not, because the incident was in the early 1980s, before the time of mobile phones. But, after the earlier damaging allegations made by Ms. Christine Blasey Ford, it's hard to imagine that Kavanaugh has never thought about upskirting someone, isn't it?
And, in the US, where the Bible is strictly adhered to, isn't thinking about upskirting every bit as bad as actually doing it? You know, sidling up to a woman, and thrusting a phone into her crotch?
Mr Kavanaugh claims this is all a last-minute smear campaign to prevent him from taking up his position in the Supreme Court, but, as you'll have heard many times before, there's no smoke without fire.
Unless it's fake smoke.
