England all rounder Freddie Flintstone is out of the rest of the test series against West Indies. He suffered a back injury picking up his wallet following payment by the Indian plenty plenty league. "I felt a strain, but no twinge of guilt" said Flintstone. "I hope to be fit as soon as I leave here."
Flintstone has been a mainstay of the English cricket scene, playing a leading role in the ill-fated Stanford Superstar match. His agent, Phil Yerboots, said "We have asked the ECB to provide stronger wallets for Freddie and KP Nuts as they are now more important than the game of cricket."
England captain Andy Noalternative said "It is a blow obviously. We were bowled out for 51 with a fully fit Freddie and it is going to be hard to repeat that kind of form without him".
