Russia - which in the last 10 years, brutally killed thousand in Chechnya, Bombed Syrian Villages, killing Thousands (to help Assad) - and bloodily Invaded the Democratic country of Georgia.
Then stole the Crimea from Ukraine and now has the whole Russian army invading and destroying Ukraine. But let’s not dwell.
