A nationwide change to polling cards means that the election will now be spread over two days. Boris Johnson has insisted that his face be printed next to the Conservative party's candidate on every polling card printed. As a result, there has been a delay in printing the final version of the cards.
Election spokesman Geoff Fudge said, "Basically, if you are Conservative you should go to your polling station on Friday. They should all have the correct card delivered then. Everyone else should vote on Thursday."
The Conservative Party supported the change, saying, "Most of our voters don't want to share a polling station with the Labour riff-raff anyway."
