The Denver Broncos have signed one of the world's best sumo wrestlers to a two-year contract it was announced today.
The Broncos front office told the Sporting News that with this guy playing center in front of him, they hope to keep Peyton Manning for at least two more years.
"We have just signed Hakuho Sho, one of the best sumo wrestlers in the world and he's huge. Also, a lot of that is muscle as he is very active and loves watching American football.", stated a spokesman, John Tyson, for the Broncos.
"Also he speaks pretty good English. (Sho is Mongolian, not Japanese) and will practice all of our off season with Peyton and other quarterbacks."
Tyson says that if Sho cannot get everything correct with Manning worked out, he will shift to one side of the center or the other and create a pretty good block on whoever's there. "He can create a lot of opportunities for our offence."
"Remember, this guy can block for our running backs too. The other team may have to double block. We can't weight! I said, we can't WEIGHT! Forget it!"
