WAYS TO COOL DOWN IN SMALL WAYS INEXPENSIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY.
Put a pan of water in back of a fan- it will act as a mini air conditioner
The following foods are known as refrigerants - they cool the body down from within. Eat or drink these:
Watermelon, lemons, limes, hibiscus, mint - some as diluted drinks or as teas.
Wear pure cotton clothing and sprinkle water on them, or mist them.
If you cannot get to a pool or body of water, sit down and just put your feet or hands in a container of water tempered between cool and ice cold.
