Joe Biden has asked for the rights to “Rock You Like A Hurricane” from the Scorpions. He wants a cool song to go with his travelling around the world putting fear in the hearts and minds of fascists everywhere.
He is also learning to play guitar. It only takes three cords and a lot of effects, like wah-wah pedals and whammy bars, so as long as Joe has the Marshall stacks cranked to eleven, then he should sound like he knows what he’s doing, even though there could be pro guitar players in the audience who would take issue with his skills.
