Miley Cyrus has obviously enlisted The Paris Hilton Agency, the agency that keeps Hollywood trailer trashers in the spotlight.

As I've reported repeatedly, Paris Hilton has opened a agency that keeps attention whores in the spotlight, Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears and Paris herself are all former and current clients of TPHA.

Any time you see obvious cries for attention from Hollywood celebutantes such as beaver flashing, leaked porno tapes, leaked nude photos or DUI's and bad driving habits are the tell tail signs of The Hilton Agency at work.

Paris has taken negative publicity and manipulated it into a good thing. Here's the progression.

Good girl goes bad. Then bad girl turns good and America forgives her. America is sooo forgiving and Paris just plays that card to the hilt.

The latest Hilton Agency ploy is a photo of Miley Cyrus sitting in a bath tub showing a tiny bit of side boob. Cyrus claims the photos were for her boyfriend only.

I'm calling this one bullshit from the get go.

Also if you feel like the headline was deceptive, it's not, Miley's privates are totally groomed for private viewings.
