MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota - The Dairy Queen Corporation in a move to increase their sales of ice cream products has just developed a new dessert item.
Columbus Vee, a representative with the fast food franchise chain stated that the new item is presently in the test marketing stages.
He noted that the dessert item consists of a regular DQ Banana Split placed inside of a standard-sized flour tortilla.
Mr. Vee commented that the new item called The Banana Split Tort has so far met with great success and acceptance in the two test marketing cities of East Los Angeles and Sheboygan, Michigan.
The Dairy Queen Corporation feels that 2014, will be the year that will see several huge fast food chains develop new food combinations in order to stay competitive.
Dairy Queen is reporting that Eva Longoria and Mario Lopez will be appearing together in a TV commerical for the new DQ Banana Split Tort.
