Me un curly lips Rio Ferdinand stepped in to lend our support for schoolchildren in Preston, who are preparing to take part in a mammoth 500-mile challenge around their school in aid of Sports Relief.

We swapped footballs for ping pong balls in a special game of table tennis with fundraising pupils from the Harris School.

So see, I don't always do the wrong things!
