Dear Diary - The media keeps asking me if I am going to hire Cheryl Cole to replace Britney Spears on X-Factor. Well if I may be honest - I really do not know yet.

I have not spoken with Chezza in over 24 hours so I am not sure how badly she wants the job.

I mean I know she wants it but I just want her to take a pronunciation course so that she can lose her Geordie accent which is almost impossible for most American's to understand.
