Dear Diary - Cheryl Cole has told me that she wants to join X-Factor and I think that I may just give her that chance.

I know that it will probably make Demi Lovato a little mad, but she's young and she'll get over it.

If I do hire Chezza, I will certainly have that lusciously sexy young lady sitting next to me.

I can hardly wait for our season to begin.
