Dear Diary - I want Cheryl Cole to join me and Demi Lovato as a judge on my highly successful show X-Factor.

I really think that she will bring in the male viewers due to the fact that she looks like an older Selena Gomez.

My only concern is her Geordie accent which can be very hard to understand, but if I have to I will have our graphics director insert some subtitles.
