I understand that we're about to give $700 billion dollars to some girl named Fannie May to bail her out because she got into trouble.

That is one huge bail bond we're paying! Who's this girl related to? I think it must be Dick Cheney or one his buddies from Halliburton, because no one else gets that kind of treatment.

I barely got away with skipping National Guard duty, and it didn't cost Daddy that much in bribes to keep me out of Vietnam.

If Fannie skips the country, I guess we lose our money. That may not leave enough in the budget for all of Barney's treats. I'll just have to take it away from education again if that happens.
