My deputy Mayor (of London) Kit Malthouse told the police they are spending too much resources investigating the News International phone hacking case.

Well yes, they are, they need to get more bobbies out on the beat, not lunch with journalists. So the Leveson inquiry is a good thing, we need to get to the bottom of this once and for all.
