I have told the gentlemen of the press (ha that's an outdated phrase) that I will fight to keep Robin Van Persie at Arsenal for the season.

If they take me at my word, I will probably get a call from Frank Warren or Barry Hearn saying they have gained a licence from the Luxemborg Boxing Federation and booked Upton Park for next saturday with me and Robin booked in for 12 rounds.

Actually I did not say I would fight Robin, I said I would fight to keep him, so my opponent in the ring will probably be Roberto Mancini.
