Eccles Prison is the roughest, coldest, dampest prison in the entire United Kingdom.

BUCKINGHAM PALACE - (Satire News) - The BBC reports that Buckingham Palace spokesperson Nigel Foote has informed the Brit network that overnight thieves broke into "Buck House," and made off with 18 boxes of Sherwood Forest Brand Crumpets.

Foote stated that after Buckingham Palace security viewed the surveillance video, all they could ascertain was that the vandals were dressed in Manchester United Red Devils uniforms.

King Charles III, when told about the break-in stated that Scotland Yard has assured him that the perps will be apprehended and they will be sent to the hellacious Eccles Prison, located in Manchester.

Meanwhile, the Sherwood Forest Crumpets Corporation has assured the king that they are in the process of replacing the stolen crumpets post haste.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
