Pyongyang, North Korea Kim Jong-Un, rotund hereditary dictator of North Korea, announced that his country would be hosting a symposium on labor camps, invitation only.
It is expected that it will be attended by Russian gulag representatives, a few Somalian pirates, reps from the Taliban, the East Turkestan Liberation Organization, Hamas, the Revolutionary Party of Kurdistan, Al-Qaeda, and the head of Scamatology, among others interested in the formation of labor camps.
Topics will include keeping the prisoners placated while working them to death. Suggestions such as Kim Jong-Un's petting zoos and Putin's free sno-cone program for Gulag prisoners will be discussed.
Donald Trump was said to be trying to finagle an invitation, but was turned down six times.
