KIEV, Ukraine - The Ukraine Television Coalition has just made an announcement regarding this season's Dancing With The Stars.
The Ukraine version of the dance competition show has been postponed indefinitely due to the rumblings of an invasion by the Russian Army.
A spokesperson for UTC said that of the 12 professional dancers and 12 stars that had been signed to appear on the show a total of 17 decided to drop out.
One professional dancer identified as Sonia Yabshonski, 27, stated that it would have been just too damn hard to concentrate on her polka steps with the threat of war looming over the ballroom.
One of the stars, professional accordion virtuoso Nikolay Palakov, 42, said that he had to drop out of the show because he is a Captain in the Ukrainian Army and he is subject to be called up at anytime.
SIDENOTE: The Ukraine Television Coalition has said that they will be replacing the dance show with reruns of Growing Up Kardashian.
