MOSCOW - President Vladimir Putin spoke to the Russian people and told them that he was going to relax his stand on not allowing gays to participate in the Olympic games at Sochi, Russia.
He stated that as long as they do not act gay they will be allowed to attend.
The Russian president then addressed the matter of the North Korean team.
He said that he had personally sent an email to North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un telling him in no uncertain terms that the North Korean Olympic team would not be allowed to enter Russia.
President Vladimir pointed out that he cannot allow a contingent of athletes to participate from a country that has a leader who is constantly threatening to fire off missiles at sovereign nations.
The Russian leader also added that he recalls last summer Kim Jong Un making a comment to a reporter from France that he hated Russian cuisine.
SIDENOTE: An inside source said that Kim Jong Un has commented that if the North Korean Olympic team does show up in Russia they will all be immediately arrested and sent to Siberia where they will be incarcerated for 25 years.
