Kim Jong Un wished the American first lady a very happy belated 50th birthday and he told her that he was going to send her a solid gold rice bowl as a birthday present.
The North Korean leader stated that he wanted her to know that the times he threatened to fire a missile towards the United States that he was just kidding.
He pointed out that he is not kidding about firing a missile towards Russia, Japan, or France.
