LOS ANGELES - It is official; Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus have just purchased the nation's largest cell phone factory in the United States, Cell Phonez Inc.

The 400,000 square foot factory is located in Chocolate Bayou, Texas and sits on a 29 acre ranch, The Bar R Blazing Fast Ball, that was formerly owned by baseball great Nolan Ryan.

Swift and Cyrus first heard about the factory being for sale after the two visited close friend Demi Lovato at The Henry and Betty Ford Rehab Clinic in Los Angeles.

Taylor said that Demi had told them that one of the patients at the clinic, Galaxy Tumpty, 14, had expressed to her that the factory was for sale.

Galaxy had found out from a text message from her 103-year-old great grandmother, Petunia "Muffins" Doodlesack.

Miley suggested to Taylor that they put some of their concert money together and buy the cell phone factory which was priced at $9.4 million. The two young singers quickly responded that they agreed.

Lovato told her two fellow singers that the cell phone factory has the potential to earn as much as $15 million within the coming year.

She expressed to Taylor and Miley that 37 states have just passed a law, which will go into effect on January 1, 2011, that will make it legal for kids as young as five-years-old to purchase cell phones without their parents consent, permission, or approval.

[EDITOR'S NOTE: A parents group calling itself 'Concerned Parents of Cell Phone-Using Kiddoes As Young As Five' is calling for President Obama to veto these 37 state bills. 'First Mama' Michelle Obama reportedly stated off the record, "Yeah right, like my hubby Barry is going to do something that will piss off most of our daughters' Sasha and Malia's school friends. No way Jose. No ef-fen way!"]
