New Mexico - Miley Cyrus today sober, claims the bong she smoked on her birthday was full of saliva, not the hallucinogenic herb Salvia.
"Boy am I relieved," said a top Disney Official on the condition of anonymity. Even though Miley is no longer with us, we'd still be less embarrassed by her sucking on other people's spit than some legal drug we haven't outlawed yet."
"We were listening to Alice Cooper," claims Miley, "Someone challenge me to do a bong of saliva and I was just acting stupid so I did it. It was really super, incredibly gross, I don't know how anyone could drink saliva on stage without hurling on their microphone! It was most definitely not the substance Salvia. I would never want to set a bad example for my fans."
Cyrus claims the video showing smoke, not saliva coming from her mouth after hitting the bong, was just fake, "It was just me goofing around, I wasn't really wasted."
