Following viral video release of Ms. Cyrus's young adult party antics and the heavy damage control applied by Daddy Ray Cyrus and the family's publicity agent, Willie Nelson added his own critique of Miley's bong technique saying, "She appears to be quite experienced, based on the video".
The eighteen year Cyrus seems to be enjoying her new found near-adulthood by partying with just about whoever she can find, including "friends" with camera phones, water bongs and hallucinogenic drugs. Daddy Ray insists that the bong did not contain the Chronic, but rather a legal herb called Salvia. Because he was apparently there to know for sure, or something like that.
Thanks to the young role model's actions, sales of the hallucinogen are skyrocketing as are water bongs among the young Miley Cyrus fans. Parents of these Miley wanna-bees should be proud.
Miley on the other hand, hasn't stopped there. She reportedly has made plans to go clubbing with Kelly Osbourne in New Orleans, which is interesting since the drinking age in Louisiana is 21. No word if Willie Nelson was contacted to help grade them on things like beer shotgun techniques or the proper consumption of upside down lemon drop slammers.
Lindsay Lohan's flight to New Orleans was confirmed at 10:00 AM today.
