WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama told Americans that the economy was back to being robust and competitive and there was no danger of American jobs going to countries like China, India or Germany.
"When I took office, we put in place a new economic plan that rewards hard work instead of greed; a plan that rewards responsibility instead of reckless; a plan that focused on our middle class, (and) making them more secure," Obama told party faithful at a Democratic Fund Raiser in Bush Country, Texas.
The Prez told Americans that the US is in a great economic partnership with India (its new-found friend)and as part of this relationship India was sending all telemarketing and low-paid sweatshop jobs back to the American economy.
In exchange, given that he is so busy campaigning for mid-term elections, Mr. Obama will be outsourcing some of his own Presidential duties to 'democratic India'.
"Lookit", he wagged his finger, "let me be perfectly clear - most of my administration is already made up of Indian-Americans" - drawing howls of outrage from Teepee Party activists.
